Connect : Youth Advisory Council
Congratulations! We would like to welcome a new group of youth to our CCFC Youth Advisory Council. As of September 1st, 14 youth were selected to act as regional youth representatives on our national council. Members will play the role of youth champion working to further engage youth in the mission of the Foundation.

What is the Youth Advisory Council? This group of inspirational youth are selected from across the country to help give our youth supporters a voice. The YAC was launched in September 2007 with 13 members from high school, university/college and the workforce. Together through monthly telecons, emails and online discussions the YAC came up with ideas and suggestions for tools to help youth become more engaged in our mission.
The first YAC will hold two year terms with a staggered turnover. Next Application Deadline: June 2010 (2009 Application and Terms of Reference)
